Environment pollution and it's causes :
Pollution is defined as mixing of contaminats which have adverse effects humans being animals, Birds, forest, plants, 🌲 trees,like biotic components of ecology pollution is harmful for all ki living units.
There are two basic reasons for pollution :
1) Natural Causes of pollution
2) Man-Made causes of pollution
(1). Natural Causes of pollution
When velceno is erupted it's produces Large quantity of volcanic Ash and smoke which enter into Environment and cause pollution.
As this type of pollution is due to natural causes, it is called natural pollution.
(2). Man- Made causes of pollution
This type of Pollution is caused by human activities. The smoke containing carbon dioxide, shulphar dioxide and water vapour coming out from power plants and Industries are example of man- Made pollution.
Toxic Chemical wastes discharged in to landmass and water is man made pollution.
Most of the Pollution of all kinds are due to man- made causes.
Solid waste pollution :-
Solid waste pollution has been increased manifolds due to populations in cities. Left out foods and vegetables, waste papers , clothes, old books newspaper, plastic packing bags and packing wrappers etc.. are the examples of solid waste pollution.
All this items are collectively Called as garbage.evey house daily to produces large quantities of garbage which is collected by Municipalities and transported outside City area Garbage collecting point. At this point tons of garbage is collected and stored. If this garbage is not disposed , it spreads stinking smell and also genenrate bacteria and virus to spread deadly dicreases in the surrounding.
Various categories of solid wastes generate from any City are as following :
Domestic waste - waste collected from households
Municipal wastes - Wastes collected by municipalities
Hospital wastes - waste collected from hospitals
Industrial wastes - wastes from various indusries
Plastic wastes - wastes of plastic goods
Hotel wastes - wastes from hotals
Sewage wastes - Discharged from toilets, bathroom and gutters ( Semi solid wastes )
